LEAD TIMES
for sustainability reasons most items are made to order only. the respective production time will be indicated in the product description. once the production is finished, your order will be dispatched within one week. if no specific lead time is stated in the product description your order will be dispatched within one week.

SHIPPING
shipping rates will automatically be calculated at checkout and will match your current location. you will receive a tracking link via email once your order was dispatched. please note, you are responsible for any duties or taxes if the parcel is sent outside of the EU.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
currently it is only possible to pay via paypal through the website. in case you would like to pay via bank transfer please email tetri.objects@gmail.com with your list of items.

DAMAGED ITEMS
in the event an item is damaged on arrival, please send an email with photos to tetri.objects@gmail.com

RETURN POLICY
even though most objects are only made to order, returns are accepted within 14 working days after receiving the order. return postage costs will unfortunately not be covered, but the refund of the item(s) will be made upon receipt, provided it is returned unused and in one piece.

information and data submitted through this website is private. your email address or personal info will not be shared with anyone apart from the courier being used to deliver the parcel.

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
the seller retains ownership of all delivered wares until full payment on the transaction is received. the agreement between the seller and the purchaser is binding, as soon as the specified amount is booked via the purchaser's paypal account or payment was received via bank transfer.
